The best way to get started with Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is to meet with me (a certified Hypnotherapist) who specialises in this type of therapy. I will use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as part of this holistic approach. During our weekly sessions, I will encourage you to imagine how you would like to be and help you to make your own achievable changes with easy and positive solutions. I will not be telling you what to do or not to do but simply making positive suggestions, alongside your own. The Hypnotherapy part of the session reinforces this is an enjoyable and relaxing way to lose weight.


To speed the process along, you will be given a different MP3 to listen to each week which reinforces that week’s session. To have optimum success it is recommended that you listen to this every evening directly before sleeping to have the most benefit.


Hypnotherapy is not magic but it can work like magic if you want it to and are willing to make the changes!


Just think how great it would be to know that you can eat anything you want and to understand it is you who is totally in control of choosing what you want to eat, rather than trigger foods controlling you.
