Service Description
An Initial Consultation will last about 45 minutes. It will give us the chance to meet and an opportunity to find out what you would like to work on. I will also give you an explanation of the brain and how it works in relation to your personal situation. After a discussion on your expectations and desired outcomes from hypnotherapy, I will talk you through the way in which Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can be used successfully to help you achieve your goals and create a positive change in your life. Your 1st session will follow a week later and last 50 minutes, bookable after initial consultation.
